Business cards are the UK standard 85 × 55 mm. ID cards are the bank-card size CR80, 85.6 × 54 mm, in landscape or portrait. Letterheads are A4.
How do I get the PDF?Press Download print-ready PDF and choose Save as PDF as the printer. Set margins to None, scale to 100% and tick Background graphics so the colours come out.
Can a print shop use the file?Yes. Each side is on its own page at the true size. If your printer asks for bleed, add 3 mm on every side and keep text 3 mm inside the edge.
Is the staff photo uploaded?No. Photos and logos stay in your browser and are never sent anywhere.
